Filtext is the cooperative that takes care of all the parts of the process of labeling and packaging your company’s products.<\/span><\/h2>\n

The process of labelling and packaging<\/a> allows us to produce products by units or in kits or sets for our customers.<\/p>\n

The keys of the labelling and packaging in Filtext<\/strong><\/p>\n

Filtext offers the possibility of doing the production process in what is called “Turnkey Project”<\/a>. A service that includes the integral manufacturing of the product or the design of the application, among others.<\/p>\n

Filtext does not have its own labelling and packaging. It is the supplier who supplies us in 90% of the cases the material to pack and label. If not, we take care of getting the material, since we have contacts with companies that are dedicated to it.<\/p>\n

Verifications and classifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

Once we receive the product, and after manipulating it or not, we verify it visually. If necessary, we proceed to packaging and packaging. This is usually with plastic or cardboard boxes, and plastic bags, paper or aluminum according to the customer’s need.<\/p>\n

In case of not having marked the system to follow, Filtext is in charge of making a customized packing getting the products for packaging.<\/p>\n

Labelling and packaging process<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the packaging process, counting or weighing is often necessary. In Filtext both processes are manual, but also automatic. Everything depends on whether machines and scales intervene in the process, and if it is not done manually.<\/p>\n

In the case of labeling, we use the materials received, or adapt ourselves through our external suppliers. We work with both manual and semi-automatic labeling. We have labeled products of all shapes and colors, always adapting to the product in question.<\/p>\n

Subsequently, we proceed to palletizing and shrink wrapping according to need. Generally we shrink with plastic, but also pack them with paper, cardboard, aluminum, etc. Both with regard to pallets and shrink-wrapped we have worked with many forms and materials, according to customers. We always maintain the required hygiene and safety conditions.<\/p>\n
