Assembly and packaging of an irrigation kit and its parts in a cardboard box.

Feasibility and cost studies are carried out to achieve optimal results
Cut of rubber tube to different measures (15 cms / 5 mts) by shear adapted by Filtext.
Rolling of long tube sections and fastening with clipcel tape.
Shrink wrapping machine with plastic tray of different kinds of small pieces, counted by hand.
Mounting in cardboard box cut to measure the different parts of the irrigation kit.
Close with stickers and subsequent labeling of the box.
Palletizing, strapping and shrink wrapping of the product.
Customer delivery.
