Customer need: Assembling several pieces that make up a plate sole replacement.
Filtext solution:
Feasibility and cost studies are carried out to achieve optimal results.
A pre-assembly line is prepared for the fixing box.
Manual assembly of the 2 pieces (one metal and one plastic).
Visual verification of the complete assembly and possible defects / burrs.
Packing in plastic bag and later in cardboard boxes. Manual counting
Palletizing and delivery to customer.
